Have you ever noticed how the most impactful leaders seem to have something intangible? They are confident, decisive, calm, and engaged. They exude positive energy, can adapt to any situation, and inspire and energize their teams in even the most challenging circumstances.
While this may seem like a distant dream for overstretched leaders who are pulled in many different directions in their professional and personal lives, this doesn’t have to be the case.
The Energized Impact Leadership Accelerator is a three-part program designed to build the performance and resilience of mission-driven leaders.
Drawing on Positive Intelligence® and iPEC Energy Leadership™ methodology, this 20-week program builds mental fitness and creates a leadership mastery mindset that attracts success by building your confidence, supercharging your energy, and increasing your impact:
Part A - Mastering Mental Fitness for Leaders (6 weeks): Your mind is your best friend, but it can also be your worst enemy. You'll build your mental fitness and shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (your negative self) to your inner Sage (your positive self). As a result, you'll feel better equipped to handle life's challenges with a more positive mindset and less stress.
Part B - Supercharging Your Sage Brain (10 weeks): We dive deeply into the Sage powers, exploring what each means in practice for your leadership and teaching you new skills based on actual challenges you're encountering professionally and personally.
Part C - Your Leadership Success Formula (4 weeks): We focus on optimizing your performance and resilience as a leader to ensure you have the systems to support your continued success and address any self-limiting stories that may continue to hold you back.
Resilience is a term we hear often in modern life: the capacity to withstand or to recover quickly from difficulties. While there’s no doubt that resilience is a superpower, why is it so important? And what does resilience look like in practice for high-performing teams seeking to deliver results, live in alignment with their values, and avoid burnout?
Many leaders are committed to making a difference in the world, yet as they are increasingly pulled in different directions across their professional and personal lives, feelings of burnout, overwhelm, and exhaustion grow. This talk explores how to reconnect to your purpose, supercharge your energy, and increase your impact.
Happy and successful people have an aligned internal narrative. The stories they tell themselves are consistent with the difference they seek to make in the world. This talk explains how to get out of your own way and craft a narrative that drives habits and behaviors on a daily basis.
"I sought help from Liz a year into over-enthusiastically trying to re-enter the healthcare workforce after three years out with babies. I was overwhelmed by the challenges I was facing. Those that were individual to me and my family and those that everyone working in healthcare currently will understand. I felt I was failing in every aspect of my life.
Liz provided a safe, pragmatic space to review my choices and prompted and supported me to identify and implement changes to start succeeding.
Two months in and the fog is lifting. I am reinvigorated and achieving at work, enthusiastic about life and my girls have a happy, functional mummy back.
If you have the fog, I cannot recommend Liz highly enough to help clear it."
"Following a 25-year career in special education, I was frustrated. I saw so many opportunities to improve the services we provided, but I was stuck in a rut, at work, and at home. During our time together, Liz supported me in stepping up as a leader AND completing a lifelong ambition of running a Half Marathon."
"I met Liz via a mutual colleague in the humanitarian sector. I'd been working in disaster response for over 10 years and while I still loved the work, I was just so tired - physically and mentally. Initially, I thought my only option was a career change, but after working with Liz, I realized there was another way."
