➤ Are you committed to making a difference in the world?
➤ Do you feel pulled in many directions across your professional and personal life?
➤ Are you currently feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or exhausted?
Many people live their lives with a strong sense of purpose, yet something is still missing.
If you feel like you’ve tried everything but the pieces still don’t fit, I can help.
Envision a life in which you wake each morning feeling refreshed and excited.
Picture yourself moving through the day with lightness and curiosity, even in the heaviest moments. Imagine setting down your burden and sleeping in peace at the end of the day.
During the Energized Impact Program, I’ll help you explore the subconscious stories that may be holding you back. We’ll dig honestly and objectively into your energy and mental programming in order to assess who you are and who you want to become. We’ll craft a new story that catapults you toward your goals and elevates your energy to levels that you’ve never experienced before!
The three-month program comprises:
It's your personal roadmap to a fulfilling life of impact, energy, and service.
During a 20-year career spanning the military, corporate and nonprofit sectors, I’ve worked with purpose-driven leaders and changemakers across the globe and witnessed the negative outcomes when people who are deeply committed to helping others lose their sense of self. I’ve also personally experienced how life transitions, such as becoming a parent, impacted my own identity and values.
Over the past decade, I've supported humanitarians, educators, medical and social workers, military personnel (serving & retired), parents, caregivers, and visionary leaders from all walks of life. I've helped them to connect their inner purpose and passions with everyday actions, to bring about life-changing results.
During this 6-week program, you'll build your mental fitness and shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (your negative self) to your inner Sage (your positive self).
As a result, you'll feel better equipped to handle life's challenges with a more positive mindset and less stress.
The 6-week program comprises:
This program also includes two individual coaching sessions to explore the subconscious stories that may be holding you back, so you can reconnect to your purpose, supercharge your energy, and increase your impact.
The next intake commences on 9 September, so schedule a call with Liz ASAP to sign up!
"I sought help from Liz a year into over-enthusiastically trying to re-enter the healthcare workforce after three years out with babies. I was overwhelmed by the challenges I was facing. Those that were individual to me and my family and those that everyone working in healthcare currently will understand. I felt I was failing in every aspect of my life.
Liz provided a safe, pragmatic space to review my choices and prompted and supported me to identify and implement changes to start succeeding.
Two months in and the fog is lifting. I am reinvigorated and achieving at work, enthusiastic about life and my girls have a happy, functional mummy back.
If you have the fog, I cannot recommend Liz highly enough to help clear it."
"Following a 25-year career in special education, I was frustrated. I saw so many opportunities to improve the services we provided, but I was stuck in a rut, at work, and at home. During our time together, Liz supported me in stepping up as a leader AND completing a lifelong ambition of running a Half Marathon."
"I met Liz via a mutual colleague in the humanitarian sector. I'd been working in disaster response for over 10 years and while I still loved the work, I was just so tired - physically and mentally. Initially, I thought my only option was a career change, but after working with Liz, I realized there was another way."
